Minahasa Prima Resort
This resort is located at the Mokupa area east of Manado city. With a great view of the Sulawesi Sea, its just a half hour away by the dive boats to the Bunaken-Manado Tua Marine Park.
Getting there
After arriving at the Samratulang airport, you’ll be welcomed warmly by the staff from Minahasa Prima, who will then bring you to the resort on the eastern part of Manado city. Travel time will take approximately 50 minutes.
Accomodation
The rooms at Minahasa Prima are all twin sharing with a total of 11 Deluxe cottages with 22 rooms and 3 Family cottages with 6 rooms. They all come with air conditioning and large twin beds. The ensuite toilets also come with both hot and cold showers. Other amenities include cable television and also a fridge with your own mini bar.
Meals
During meal times, guests can choose to dine at the in-house restaurant which serves both Indonesian and Western cuisine.
Facilities
Facilities available at the resort includes a large swimming pool with both a deep end for pool training and a section shallow enough for children to play. In the evenings, you can also sit back and relax at the lounge area which also has a karaoke set-up.
Diving
Dive sites are approximately 30 to 40 minutes away from the resort and you’ll be brought there by the two custom-built local dive boats located within the resort. There will be 3 boat dives a day led by the local dive guides with tanks and weights provided.
